How a Toy Travels Through Santa's Toy Factory
A finished toy may look simple sitting under a Christmas tree, but its North Pole journey can be surprisingly long.
A finished toy may look simple sitting under a Christmas tree, but its North Pole journey can be surprisingly long.
STEP 1: THE IDEA Every toy begins with an idea. It might come from the Toy Inventor Lab, a classic North Pole design, or something the elves have improved over many Christmases.
STEP 2: THE PLAN Toy Designers decide what pieces, materials, colors, and steps are needed.
STEP 3: THE BUILD Toy Makers assemble the toy.
STEP 4: QUALITY CHECK Inspectors make sure everything works the way it should.
STEP 5: THE FIX-IT BENCH If something needs attention, repair elves take care of it.
STEP 6: FINAL APPROVAL The toy receives its official Toy Factory approval.
STEP 7: DELIVERY PREP Approved toys move along to the next part of their Christmas journey.
It takes many different jobs to move one toy through the factory.
That is why Toy Factory elves have a favorite saying:
NO ELF MAKES CHRISTMAS ALONE.
Every set of hands, eyes, ideas, and helping skills matters.
